Polygraph Information:
All Competitors must take a polygraph test prior to the competition. Only polygraph tests from another INBF show will be accepted if taken within 90 days of our show. You will need to provide this information to us as proof of your passing test results. The eligibility to compete is open to Competitors who are 7 year drug free from the date of the show.

Polygraph tests will take place at (HOST HOTEL) (WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF THE SHOW) (THE DAY OF THE SHOW). You need to schedule your appointment with Executive Safety and Security Consultants (ESSC) through their email address which is ESSCTEAM@AOL.COM. The fee for the polygraph test is $50.00 (cash only) to be paid at the time of your test. If you do not have access to email, you can reach them at the NCMEC - Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm (718) 222-5888. If you get an answering machine, leave your name, date and name of the show and a contact number where they can get back to you.

Please print out the forms below. Read them thoroughly fill them out EXCEPT for your signature. You will sign the forms in front of the paleographer.
